◆原理
細(xì)胞死亡后會釋放一類特殊的蛋白質(zhì) Alarmin（暫譯為警報素），通過檢測 Alarmin 可識別組織創(chuàng)傷。然而在抗病毒免疫系統(tǒng)中，Alarmin 所起的作用不是很明確。最近瑞士日內(nèi)瓦大學(xué)和德國柏林夏里特醫(yī)科大學(xué)研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)在脾臟和淋巴結(jié)中病毒的復(fù)制可導(dǎo)致受感染的細(xì)胞死亡。這些壞死的細(xì)胞可釋放出 Alarmin，其中主要的是白介素-33（IL-33），它可通過 ST2 受體激活 CD8+ T（CTLs）細(xì)胞，對病毒感染作出反應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)缺乏 IL-33 的小鼠，CTL 對病毒感染的免疫反應(yīng)也較低。此項研究具有里程碑意義，因為提出了一個新的免疫機制：壞死細(xì)胞會釋放出 Alarmin 動員殺傷性Ｔ細(xì)胞應(yīng)對感染，在未來對抗艾滋、丙型肝炎而開發(fā)新的疫苗，對于癌癥治療有重要作用。
